• Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping costs will be covered by the vendor or Miroty.
• Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by the vendor.

5. Refund Process for Returns

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

If an item arrives damaged or defective:
