This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled on Miroty (https://miroty.in), a multi-vendor marketplace operated by Miroty Ventures LLP.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

Customers may cancel an order:

  • Before the order is shipped, or
  • Within the cancellation window shown in the order details.

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order:

  1. Log in to your account on https://miroty.in
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Order

Cancellation requests are subject to seller approval and order status.

3. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by sellers due to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Logistics issues
  • Verification or fraud concerns

If an order is cancelled by the seller, customers will receive a full refund.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancelled order was prepaid:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

5. Cancellation Abuse

Miroty reserves the right to limit or suspend accounts if excessive or suspicious order cancellations are detected.
