Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions and process for cancellations on Miroty.

1. Buyer Cancellation Policy

1.1. Before Shipment

• Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped by the vendor.
• To cancel, log in to your account, locate the order, and select “Cancel Order.”
• If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

1.2. After Shipment

• Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
• You may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to Miroty’s Return Policy.

2. Vendor Cancellation Policy

2.1. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations

Vendors may cancel an order in the following cases:

• The item is out of stock.
• There is an issue with the buyer’s shipping address or payment.
• The vendor identifies a pricing error or other issue with the order.

In such cases:

• Buyers will be notified immediately.
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2.2. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must:

• Cancel orders promptly if necessary, and notify the buyer via Miroty.
• Avoid cancellations due to reasons within their control (e.g., delayed processing). Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.

3. Non-Cancelable Items

Certain orders cannot be canceled once placed:

• Customized or personalized items once production has started.
• Perishable goods that cannot be resold.
• Items specifically marked as non-cancelable on the product page.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• For partial cancellations (e.g., one item in a multi-item order), only the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

5.1. Buyers

• Log in to your Miroty account.
• Navigate to “Orders,” select the relevant order, and click “Cancel Order.”
• If the item has already shipped, you will be notified that cancellation is not possible.

5.2. Vendors

• Vendors can cancel orders through their vendor dashboard.
• Provide a reason for cancellation to ensure transparency with the buyer.
