Miroty is operated by Miroty Vendors LLP and functions as a multi-vendor marketplace where products are sold by independent third-party sellers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • The product is significantly different from the description

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery unless stated otherwise in the product listing.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included
  • The item must not show signs of misuse or damage by the customer

Sellers may reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Innerwear and hygiene items
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the item you want to return
  4. Submit a Return Request

Once approved:

  • The product may be picked up by our logistics partner, or
  • You may be asked to ship the item to the seller

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Wallet credit (if applicable)

Refund processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

6. Replacement Policy

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund if replacement is unavailable.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Marketplace Responsibility

Since Miroty operates as a marketplace, products are supplied by independent sellers.

  • Sellers are responsible for product quality and return acceptance.
  • Miroty may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before the product is shipped
  • If the seller cannot fulfill the order

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.

9. Refund Delays

Refunds may be delayed due to:

  • Bank processing times
  • Payment gateway processing
  • Incorrect banking details provided by the customer
