10. Seller Conduct

Sellers must:

Activities such as fake reviews, manipulation of ratings, or misleading offers are strictly prohibited.

11. Suspension or Termination

if sellers violate policies, engage in fraudulent activities, or receive repeated customer complaints.

12. Intellectual Property

Sellers must ensure that:

Any infringement claims may result in immediate listing removal.

13. Limitation of Liability

Miroty Vendors LLP acts only as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers.

Miroty is not responsible for:

  • Product quality issues caused by sellers
  • Seller inventory management
  • Seller shipping delays

However, Miroty may assist in dispute resolution between buyers and sellers.
